I'm 48, I get asked if I've had a facelift about twice a week, and I haven't. But I am planning one, and everything I do in the meantime is how I look ten years younger without going under the knife. This is my full non surgical facelift arsenal at 48: the biostimulators like Sculptra that build your own collagen back, CO2 laser resurfacing, Botox, filler, the Nefertiti neck lift, PicoSure for sun damage, and the one under-eye filler mistake I will never make again. Here's the truth nobody in the industry tells you: the work you do before a facelift and the facelift itself were never enemies, they're a sequence. Inside, I break down the exact ten things I do to look ten years younger without surgery. I get into how Sculptra rebuilds your own collagen and why CO2 laser resurfacing is the heavy hitter, including how long you're really down after it. There's the difference between a Botox lift and a Nefertiti neck lift, and the filler rule that separates natural from overdone. I also call out the laser everybody raves about that will not turn back the clock, and the skin-tone safety you need to hear before you book. And I close on the single most important anti-aging thing I do that isn't a laser or a needle at all. In this episode: The birthday text that built an entire skincare company (and why "aging gracefully" is code for disappear)▸ Yes, I'm getting a facelift... here's exactly why I'm holding off, and what the research says about the right timing The treatment that rebuilds your own collagen while it looks like nothing happened The laser that cost me a whole season of my life, and the one everybody loves that won't get you there The under-eye filler I did once and will never, ever do again The neck muscle secretly dragging your jawline down, and the fix almost nobody talks about The most important thing I do to look younger that isn't a laser or a needle
This is for women over 40 and in perimenopause who are done being told what they're allowed to want. Retatrutide is not FDA-approved. This is my experience, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor.

I'm 49, and these are the 10 things I actually do that make me look and feel hot AF after 40. Some of them are about my skin, my clothes, and my heels. The one that made the biggest difference has nothing to do with Botox, filler, treatments, or anything I can buy. Want Your Free Personalized Hot AF Plan? Take the quiz Join The Vanity Club. Under-eye filler was the wrong fix for almost everything I was actually trying to fix, and I found that out after years and a stupid amount of money spent on my own face. What most people call under-eye aging is really five completely different problems, hollowing, darkness, crepey skin, fine lines, and true bags, and filler is only built for one of them. This is exactly what I do instead now, and how to figure out which under-eye problem is actually yours before you spend a dollar. Things I Mentioned: Rewritten Show The Face Up serum My eye retinol My peptide eye cream My at-home radiofrequency device
If I had to start over at 40, knowing everything I know now after spending $1.3 million on beauty, these are the ten things I'd do first, in the order that actually works. This is the anti-aging roadmap for women over 40 I wish someone had handed me, and no, Botox isn't one of them.
