Ten Minute Confidence Boost: Melissa Suffield aka The Confident Mama

Not Another Mummy Podcast

Show Notes

Welcome to Not Another Mummy Podcast - 10 Minute Confidence Boost!

This is a brand new mini podcast series from me. 10 Minute Confidence Boost will be exactly what it says on the tin… bite-sized episodes about confidence which will go out in between the main podcast shows. Each episode will see a guest share their top confidence tip or mindset shift with me.

My first guest is Melissa Suffield - better known as The Confident Mama on Instagram. Melissa appeared on BBC soap EastEnders from the age of 11, playing Lucy Beale, so grew up in the public eye.

Now, as a mum, she shares her body confidence and bloat-friendly fashion tips to her audience of over 174k.
