Show Notes

He also suggests the recent Quebec election may have diverted Ottawa's attention away from trade talks. Meanwhile, business commentator Paul Martin suggests that Saskatchewan's philosophical shift toward being more welcoming to outside capital investment, is likely to see an influx of new business, job creation and population growth - which has the potential to power the province's economy for years to come.
