Why coffee roasters should test everything and hold nothing as sacred with Rob Hoos
Good Folks, Doing Good WorkShow Notes
I had the privilege of chatting with Rob Hoos, the Principal Consultant behind Hoos Coffee Consulting.
His coffee journey began during college in Cincinnati, Ohio where his interest in roasting was ignited. He then saved up to buy a 1-kilo roaster to learn and hone his skills as a roaster. He then moved to Portland, Oregon, to become the Director of Coffee at Nossa Familia Coffee. It was during his time there that his career as a global roasting consultant took root, evolving into the industry-shaping practice that he runs today.
Rob's goal is to empower coffee roasters with the tools, knowledge, and confidence necessary to achieve their goals.
