Haley Baylee Talks Viral House Tour, Social Media Strategy, Red Carpets and Let's Marry Harry
Zach Sang ShowShow Notes
Hot on the heels of her hosting the ‘Let’s Marry Harry’ Reunion (woof - that was a car crash she navigated with aplomb!), Haley Baylee joins us to talk about her accidental path to becoming one of the internet’s biggest creators, from growing up with two mechanical engineer parents and wanting to become a doctor to pageants, modeling and eventually betting on herself following her divorce. She looks back at applying to a Sports Illustrated open call after being turned away by the only modeling agency in Minnesota, quitting modeling, and the 2022 Caleb Simpson apartment tour that first put her on millions of people’s feeds. She also gets into the nitty-gritty of her TikTok posting schedule, treating the internet like her group chat, how her audience has evolved, and why she’s grateful that her biggest success didn’t arrive until her 30s.
She (diplomatically) explains what she really thinks of Harry Jowsey and whether dating and marriage shows can ever really be feminist. She opens up about being a self-described goodie two-shoes who was a virgin until marriage and who didn’t have a sip of booze till she was 22. Plus, she candidly discusses how her online community gave her the confidence to leave an abusive relationship, and her upcoming hosting gig, Netflix’s ‘Win the Mall.’

More from Zach Sang Show
Mel Robbins on Making a Load of Money from Telling People How to Count Down And we’ve got Mel Robbins on the couch for the first time ever! Host of 'The Mel Robbins Podcast' (the third-largest show globally on Spotify, the most-followed show on Apple Podcasts and approaching a billion downloads) and author of bestseller 'The Let Them Theory,' Mel knows a thing or two about giving advice. But does she always take her own?
Our queen Mary Beth Barone joins us in the studio for the first time! The comedian, writer and 'Overcompensating' cast member is here to talk about her new stand-up special 'Galaxy Brain,' (let’s get this girl a Grammy!), her love of female pop stars, Katy Perry's impact on society, and that time she accidentally did meth (oops!). We also get into her gay awakening, the differences between dating men and women, and why trying is actually very hot.
Eric Nam is back! We haven't had the singer, songwriter, actor, entrepreneur, producer and podcasting powerhouse on the show since 2022 — although Zach is convinced it's been seven years. What is time anyway! Somehow Eric looks younger than ever, despite having approximately 17 different careers. From growing up in Atlanta and singing in choir to becoming a major star in South Korea, building DIVE Studios and making his way back into the American entertainment industry, Eric reflects on his unconventional career, the changing relationship between K-pop and Western pop, and the power of curiosity. He also talks about his fourth album, 'Confessions of a Lonely Heart,' how heartbreak and broken trust have influenced his music, and why loneliness doesn't necessarily mean being sad or unfulfilled.
We’ve got Remi Wolf on the couch for the first time (along with her little doggo) to talk about her incredible third album, 'Mud.’ We talk to the Palo Alto-born singer about turning 30 and the personal reckoning that shaped this new chapter of her life. She opens up about getting sober (again) after an emotional meltdown at Lollapalooza in 2025, navigating depression, body image and heartbreak, and the strange contradiction of having to be completely vulnerable to make a record, then put on armor to release it. She also discusses her changing relationship with fame and what 'Mud' represents to her, the art of staying friends with exes, dating fellow musicians, and the stories behind 'Yellow Rose' and 'I Won't Cry.'
Formed in Frankenmuth, Michigan, in 2012, Greta Van Fleet have been making music since they were barely teenagers. Now, 14 years later, twins Josh (30) and Jake Kiszka (30), younger brother Sam Kiszka (27), and drummer Danny Wagner (27) are back with their new fourth album 'Palace for the People,' and join us in the studio for the first time.
