Show Notes
In part 2 of our 4 part series of how to excel in the office we discuss the following including, but not limited to:
-if you have time to complain you have time to change -if you are complaining about something you can change, then change it (ie underperforming staff or client, bad accountant) -if you are complaining about something you cannot change (ie invoices need to be sent, quotes need to be sent, then either you need to do it or someone else needs to do it) -your best staff members + your best clients chew up the least energy -your worst staff members + your worst clients consume the most energy -why you need to hire weapons + work with weapons
You can do hard things. You can learn new things. You can excel at hard and new things.
So let’s get you firing.
