Finding Calm Within The Chaos + Manifesting With Action In Times Of Uncertainty

Hacking It

Show Notes

This episode is a must-listen if you are feeling overwhelmed by the events in the world and/or in your personal life. I really try to share tools and tips in this episode to help you find calm within the chaos and ways manifest in times of uncertainty. Finding calm within chaos is a practice I have been working on for the last six months. This last week I got put to the test in more ways than one. Finding calm within the chaos has been vital because the chaos isn't going anywhere. Last week was also difficult to get back into the new year routine/vision boarding and manifestation. Taking a new approach of detached manifestation and goal setting has motivated to set those plans even if they don't work out the way I anticipate them to.
