Show Notes
Cultural commentator, writer and TikTok powerhouse Leslie Ye (AKA Prozac Barbie) joins Lara in the SUP stu for a tête-à-tête regarding an episode from the one-season-wonder that took 2010 by storm: Kell on Earth! As Carey rebuilds after a devastating strep throat diagnosis, Lara and Leslie dive into the lasting impact of Kelly Cutrone's no-nonsense workplace approach, her incredible life as a single mom and PR maven, and the solitary table AC unit hell that is the People's Revolution office.
In Episode 4, the People's Rev underlings are rocked by the demands of London Fashion Week. Two employees are lost to the void of unemployment: One by chance after a party weekend gone wrong in The Hamptons, and the other by choice after realizing she can't hang with the big dogs and requests to be let go. A prospective employee is hired and then fired 30 minutes later. Office bad boy Andrew Mukamal convinces the beleaguered Stefanie Skinner to live a little, and Kelly links with her sexy Italian baby daddy in London.
