Show Notes
It's Mystery Mix time on this week's SEGA Mixer Drive as Rexy has a fun yet fiendishly difficult theme for y'all to guess what it will be! To give you some pointers, there's going to be nothing but pure gold as part of the Signal Theory block; the Remix Highlights have more featurettes for the music of Expedition 33 including a recent release from Helynt; and let's see what kind of dimension we'll explore musically as part of the Source Roulette.

More from SEGA Mixer Drive
This week's SEGA Mixer Drive is OCR Free Week with the Community Spotlight being on the singing VTuber alter ego of a voice actor you may have heard as part of a certain Sonic film noir audio series earlier this year; the Remix Highlights are Youtube focused and include a very recent funky effort from TNH Nebula; and we're also sticking with YT as many flexible voices found their way, aired during the Signal Theory block.
It's the last of the catch up shows on SEGA Mixer Drive this week featuring tracks released in the previous two weeks including a Community Spotlight on a YT-based arranger whose only tools are FL Studio Mobile and a bunch of dreams; the Remix Highlights are primarily YT-based as well and are double the fun, including an equally fun effort you may have heard as a request a few weeks back from one Little V; and the ChartStoppers block will be open for Rexy to listen to remix-based 24/7 stream request habits over the past week.
It's the last Mystery Mix of the season but, to give you some clues of what ties every track in the show together, the Signal Theory block will send colors flying in green and yellow; the Remix Highlights have got some YouTube metal in there including a return to Sonic coverage from Ferdk; and there will be a choice of BGM / game for the Source Roulette, relying on Rexy to put two and two together for the block's assembly!
It's the second part of the Summer catchup featuring tracks first spotted from mid-August through to mid-September. This time period covers some picks from Audio Sprite's Sonic Summer Jam album, the other Expedition 33 jam from DiscoCactus that Rexy didn't play in the previous catchup episode, more Sonic Rush Rerun coverage from Fr3Qi, and tracks from some new faces to the SEGA Mixer Drive audience.
SEGA Mixer Drive has all eyes on the Sega Dreamcast this anniversary week where the focus is on as many games as Rexy can fit in one episode. Sonic Adventure, Jet Set Radio, Shenmue, Phantasy Star Online, Skies of Arcadia... basically anything that saw first home console release on that system is fair game on this episode.
