Show Notes
Drink Champs Network Presents: ROC Solid with Memphis Bleek.
On the very first episode of ROC Solid, Memphis Bleek sits down with none other than Ja Rule — Queens’ finest and a true legend in the game. Even though Rule wasn’t officially Roc-A-Fella, he moved like family. From iconic collabs to shared stages, Ja played a key role in that golden era when NYC ran the rap game. Now, he’s pullin’ up to talk real history.
Bleek and Rule break bread on everything — from Murder Inc’s wild run to the behind-the-scenes stories with Hov, Beans, and the Roc crew. It’s raw, it’s unfiltered, and it’s full of classic hip-hop gems only the real ones can tell. They even tap into the energy of the early 2000s, the radio takeovers, tour life, and how the game’s shifted since then.
Part of ROC Solid’s all-star lineup, this episode adds another layer to the legacy — bridging gaps, squashing myths, and saluting a time when Hip-Hop was untouchable. If you’re a fan of hip-hop history straight from the source, this one’s a must.
Pull up, press play, and listen to Bleek & Ja build on brotherhood, bars, and the blueprint that shaped a generation. Originally aired June 9th, 2025:
