Show Notes
No mailbag today - as we still have the third episode of our final summer recordings for you to hear. Then stand by for our brand new Series 17 which kicks off next week! When Joe was walking home the other day, he heard some very loud ‘sex noises’ coming from the flats at the end of his road. So a discussion about that takes up the first half of today’s show. Then later on, as a friend of David and Joe has just been featured in Men’s Health magazine, they have a good old chat about fitness, photoshoots, looking great and losing weight.
