How does a little girl cope with losing her Mum at four years of age? She battles and she fights. Sinead Beasley turned to martial arts at a young age, as it was her safe place. She struggled in school academically and her dad spent most of his time overseas, working to raise his young family of 8 after the sudden death of his young wife. Today Sinead is a mum to two young boys, and is about to marry her life partner, Brain Lee, CEO of one of Ireland's most successful companies, Chopped. Sinead has excelled in the Martial Arts arena, securing a 2nd-degree black belt as well as multiple world-class championship titles, and now dedicated her time, expertise and wealth of knowledge to helping, men and women achieve their fitness goals .
