Death in Antarctica: The Second Deadliest ICE
Slaycation: True Crimes, Murders, and Twisted VacationsShow Notes
Hey Slaycaters, welcome to one of our strangest and most unique cases yet. Everything from the remote location, to the victim’s occupation, to the potential suspects and cause of death are all things we have yet to encounter on this show….and that’s saying a lot! Ever since he was a kid, Rodney Marks wanted to be a Scientist. Not only did he make his dream a reality — he secured a coveted job working out of a research outpost in Antarctica — one of the best places on Earth for an astrophysicist to study the night sky. Unfortunately, the scientific expedition turned deadly after a night of hard-partying — proving you aren’t safe on any continent! As always we thank you for joining us, and we beg you to stay safe during some unsafe times.

Hey Slaycaters. Get ready to have your heart broken. In 1996, 17-year-old Canadian Rebecca Middleton was on vacation in Bermuda when her life was brutally cut short. But the tragedy didn't end with her brutal murder. A deeply flawed investigation and a series of legal missteps would leave her family fighting for justice for years to come. This is easily one of the hardest cases we’ve ever covered and we guarantee it will stay with you. If there is any upside to stories like this (or our show in general) it’s pointing out when and where grave injustice occurs so you’re better informed when it’s time to make your own vacation plans. As always, thanks for Slaycating with us, and please stay safe out there! XXOO
Hey Slaycaters, no vacation murders, mysterious deaths or disappearances on this episode. Just your three, humble hosts offering their many years of wit, wisdom and wise-counseling to Slaycaters seeking help with their problems. Why anyone would turn to us for advice is anyone's guess -- but hey, it's cheaper than paying a therapist. If you enjoy hanging out with the Slaycation crew, then take a seat as we tackle real-life issues as only we know how. Don't worry, we'll be back with more Slaycating soon. Enjoy and stay safe out there! XXOO - The Trus Crime Thourple!
Hey Slaycaters! Once again we find ourselves taking a trip to the dark side of paradise! In 2018, Long Island attorney Marie Kuhnla traveled to the beautiful Turks and Caicos for what should have been a relaxing tropical getaway. But her vacation came to a shocking and tragic end. What followed was a disturbing case that raised serious questions about the investigation, the people connected to it, and whether Marie's family would ever get the answers they were looking for. With no criminal charges filed and years of legal battles still to contend with, this is a case about a resort that is all-inclusive — except justice. As always, thanks for Slaycating with us, and please stay safe out there! XXOO

Hey Slaycaters! It’s time for another trip to the dark side of paradise! Thailand’s tropical islands are famous for their beautiful beaches, wild parties, and carefree vacation vibes. But in 2023, a meeting between a Colombian surgeon and a ‘celebrity YouTube chef’ who happens to be the son of a famous Spanish actor took a shocking turn. Instead of celebrating the Full Moon party, resort-goers set off on a full search party to find the missing surgeon. What they would find—and who was responsible—would change many lives forever, and not in a good way. As always, thanks for Slaycating with us, and please stay safe out there! XXOO
