How to Move Past Unconscious Trauma With Will Rezin | BBB Podcast #40

Bodies by Brent

Show Notes

This episode of the Bodies by Brent Podcast will have you asking yourself uncomfortable questions around the trauma you might be holding on to. Our guest Will Rezin has learned under the Shipibo people of the Amazon and is on the front lines in our species' battle against trauma.

Psychedelics were Will’s foray into feeling all the things that were happening inside himself. Little by little, he followed his curiosity about esoteric mystic traditions, religion, culture, psychology, and physiology. This led him to practice meditation, movement, introspective awareness, and hiring mentors to help him discover more and more about himself.
