31. Come, Follow Me July 27–August 2 | Ezra 1; 3–7; Nehemiah 2; 4–6; 8 | Come Follow Me Scripture Study | LDS Bible Study | Be a Builder What if this week's Come, Follow Me lesson isn't really about rebuilding a temple... but about rebuilding your life? In this week's episode of Come, Follow Me Moms, we dive into the inspiring stories of Ezra, Zerubbabel, Jeshua, and Nehemiah and discover how God specializes in rebuilding what feels broken. Maybe you're rebuilding your testimony. Maybe you're rebuilding your marriage. Maybe you're rebuilding your confidence as a mom. Or maybe you're simply trying to rebuild your patience after a long summer with kids at home. No matter what you're rebuilding, these chapters remind us that God is in the business of restoration. This week, Cassie also shares a personal milestone as her oldest child starts high school while she prepares to welcome twins in just a few short weeks. From newborns to teenagers, every season of motherhood brings new challenges, new joys, and new opportunities to trust the Lord. Together we'll learn why: ✨ God can work through people both inside and outside our faith to accomplish His purposes. ✨ The first thing the Israelites rebuilt wasn't their homes—it was the altar. ✨ Every mother is a builder, laying one faithful brick at a time. ✨ Comparison steals joy, but God celebrates progress. ✨ "The joy of the Lord is your strength." ✨ Why Nehemiah's words, "I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down" (Nehemiah 6:3), are a powerful reminder for every mom. If you've ever felt discouraged, overwhelmed, or like you're rebuilding after a difficult season, this episode will remind you that the Lord has not forgotten you. Brick by brick, prayer by prayer, He is building something beautiful. In this episode you'll learn:
Why King Cyrus is an incredible example of God working through unexpected people. Who Zerubbabel, Ezra, Jeshua, and Nehemiah were—and why their different callings matter. What it means to become a "builder" in your home and family. How to overcome opposition while doing God's work. Why Ezra's example teaches us to seek, do, and then teach. How scripture study brings lasting joy and strength. Practical ways to strengthen your family one small step at a time.

Episode 41: He Hath Borne Our Griefs & Carried Our Sorrows | Isaiah 50–57 + General Conference This week on Come, Follow Me Moms, we’re studying Isaiah and talking about some of my favorite messages from General Conference! Isaiah teaches us something every overwhelmed, exhausted, worried mama needs to hear: You were never meant to carry everything alone. Isaiah prophesied of Jesus Christ as “a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief.” He didn't just come to save us from our sins—He came to bear our griefs and carry our sorrows. He understands the worry, loneliness, exhaustion, heartbreak, mom guilt, and seasons when life looks completely different than we thought it would. Pasted markdown Sometimes we pray for God to take the hard thing away, but instead He says, “I'm going to walk through it with you.” In this episode we talk about:
Fear Not: You Have Not Been Forgotten | Isaiah 40–49 + General Conference Prep This week on Come, Follow Me Moms, we’re studying Isaiah 40–49 and preparing our hearts and our homes for General Conference. And moms, if there is one message I hope you take away from these chapters, it’s this: God knows you. God has not forgotten you. God will strengthen you. God will lead you. And when what you’re carrying feels too heavy—He will carry you. Isaiah begins with the word comfort, and these chapters are filled with reminders for anyone who feels tired, overwhelmed, afraid, lost, or unsure of what comes next. We talk about:
Come, Follow Me Moms | September 21–27 Isaiah 13–14; 22; 24–30; 35 “A Marvellous Work and a Wonder” What if the things that feel broken in your life aren’t actually finished? This week in Isaiah, we see warnings about pride, worldliness, and turning away from God—but we also see an incredible message of hope, healing, and restoration through Jesus Christ. Isaiah describes broken walls, barren ground, heavy burdens, wandering people, and things that seem beyond repair. But that isn’t where the story ends. He also describes the wilderness blooming, the blind seeing, the deaf hearing, sorrow disappearing, and God’s people being restored. In this episode, we’re talking about what all of that means for us as moms. We’ll dive into:
