Jupiter Reveals the Truth Within and Outside + Astrological Updates

Show Notes

Jupiter has officially entered Cancer, and in this episode I explore one of the themes I've been noticing recently: Individuals being offered the opportunity to go deeper and reveal truths about themselves via triggers. Though not the most comfortable, these moments can provide powerful opportunities for healing and support us in getting to the root of old wounds, patterns, and emotional conditioning - ultimately leading to greater inner security and personal safety. As the guru of the zodiac, Jupiter illuminates what is True. This energy isn't limited to our personal lives... It may also be noticeable collectively. Truth may be exposed with important information, insights, and revelations. Realizations may emerge in the external world throughout this transit. We also discuss Mars in Taurus and the importance of focusing on long-term goals, sustained effort, and building something with a long term agenda. Mars conjunction with Uranus on July 4th brings the possibility of sudden events, unexpected experiences, breakthroughs, and heightened intensity. Finally, we review the temporary sweetness of Saraswati Yoga. This conjunction offers a softer and more harmonious energy for a bit at the end of June. This is a beautiful time to embrace creativity, learning, beauty, comfort, and the simple pleasures. It's a time of nourishment, kicking back, and inner fulfillment. In today’s segment, we explore the full moon taking place in the sidereal sign of Aries, in Ashwini nakshatra. This full moon brings our attention to healing, freedom, and new beginnings. We spend time contemplating inspiration, alignment, dharma, and spark. Meanwhile, Pluto’s exact square to the full moon adds intensity and brings deeper patterns and power dynamics to the surface. This can be a powerful moment of realization about what we’ve built - and what needs to change for us to move forward with greater purpose. This full moon also marks Sharad Purnima - a celebration of divine love, devotion, and Krishna’s dance beneath the moonlight. ❤️ With both Mercury and Venus retrograde in Libra, there is an emphasis on what can be reconciled, repaired, or released. We also touch on Jupiter’s upcoming shift into Leo, the approaching Mars–Jupiter–Ketu conjunction, and why the coming weeks deserve our attention. As always, this podcast uses Vedic sidereal astrology. On today’s segment, we explore Anapha and Sunapha yoga - two important lunar yogas in Vedic astrology that offer insight into our minds, emotional patterns, and approach to life. Anapha yoga forms when Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, or Saturn occupies the 12th house from the Moon, while Sunapha yoga forms when one or more of these planets occupies the 2nd house from the Moon. They are quite common but still can have a great impact on our approach to life! With the Moon representing our mind and emotional world, the planets surrounding it bring their own unique influences to our inner experience and how we present ourselves. We explore how these yogas can express differently depending on the planets involved, revealing themes of independence, resourcefulness, ambition, and the ways we find support within ourselves. Hello everyone! In today’s episode, we explore the astrology of October - a month to pause, turn inward, and reconsider what feels aligned before moving ahead with our next big plans. With Venus retrograde in Libra and our transition into Libra season, there is an emphasis on diplomacy, connection, and finding common ground. We may feel drawn to restore harmony, revisit agreements, or find a more balanced way of relating to one another. What unfolds during this retrograde may not be permanent. We also discuss the upcoming Mercury retrograde and its potential to complicate communication, travel, and technology. Pluto turning direct, opposing Mars and Jupiter may bring another layer to the conversation: information coming to the surface, previously hidden dynamics being illuminated, and possible themes involving housing and the housing market. The New Moon in Virgo and Full Moon in Ashwini bring our attention to health, healing, and the routines that support us. Where do we need more care? What needs adjusting? And is lack of alignment contributing to malaise? I hope this collective October forecast offers some perspective as you navigate the month. In today’s episode, we explore Venus retrograde in the sidereal sign of Libra. This retrograde will be palpable for many as Venus takes us back to review and revise relationships, relational dynamics, attachment, and our commitments. We discuss why this is traditionally a time to slow down before beginning or ending a relationship, giving ourselves space to reflect before making lasting decisions. Libra also brings our attention to diplomacy, fairness, balance, and reciprocity. Are we giving more than we receive? Are we able to express our needs while making room for another person’s perspective? And where might keeping the peace be costing us our own sense of harmony? We also explore women’s issues and current cases through the symbolic lens of Venus and Libra, considering themes of justice, dignity, and whose voices are heard. Beyond romance, this retrograde offers an opportunity to Finally, we move through mini horoscopes for all 12 signs, exploring where these themes may unfold for you and how to approach this period with patience, curiosity, and discernment. This full moon in sidereal Pisces feels especially dreamy, spiritual, and a little hard to articulate. With Neptune conjunct the Moon - we may feel drawn toward imagination, intuition, and the possibilities we can sense but can’t quite explain. Saturn is involved as well - prompting us to consider what’s practical, steadfast, and what we’re ready to commit to... Though I would avoid long term decisions! Not mentioned in the podcast, in the GOBAL sense, there may also be more focus on oil, gas, and water! We also discuss Pitru Paksha and how it adds another layer of reflection to this already nebulous time. Jupiter forms a parivartana with the moon - making it a beautiful moment to seek mentorship or turn to people whose wisdom you trust. You don’t have to find every answer on your own.
