The following is a conversation with Dr David Clarke. Today we dive deep in to the famous Calvine UFO and British UFOlogy. Dr. David Clarke, an Associate Professor at Sheffield Hallam University, shares insights into his expertise in investigative journalism, Freedom of Information processes and gives us an insight in to his decades long investigative work in the UFO cases. With a background in journalism, including award-winning investigative reporting, David transitioned into academia, teaching research and media skills while contributing to folklore and supernatural studies. He discusses his pioneering work on UFO disclosures, having campaigned since the early 2000s for the release of Ministry of Defence (MoD) UFO files, including the Rendlesham Forest incident and the secretive ‘Condign Report.’ Clarke’s efforts led to the declassification of thousands of documents at The National Archives, attracting global attention. Beyond journalism, Clarke co-founded the Centre for Contemporary Legend, focusing on urban myths and supernatural beliefs, and authored 12 books exploring UFOlogy and folklore. His deep dive into British government UFO policy has established him as a key figure in uncovering historical and modern UAP records. This was a fun and informative conversation and we look forward recording part 2.In this conversation we discuss ex MoD UFO Officer Nick Pope, who we spoke to here: https://youtu.be/-EsanjGMaS8Check out Dr David Clarke's website here: https://drdavidclarke.co.ukCheck out Tom Vernon's YouTube account here: https://youtube.com/@TomVernonUAP?feature=shared••ABOUTWelcome to UAP Files, where we delve into the enigmatic world of UFOs and UAPs! 👽 🛸…SUPPORT/DONATEIf you’re able, your support would be greatly appreciated 👇👇https://buymeacoffee.com/uapfiles•••SUBSCRIBE / LIKE / COMMENT 👍🗣️╔═╦╗╔╦╗╔═╦═╦╦╦╦╗╔═╗║╚╣║║║╚╣╚╣╔╣╔╣║╚╣═╣ ╠╗║╚╝║║╠╗║╚╣║║║║║═╣╚═╩══╩═╩═╩═╩╝╚╩═╩═╝It really helps with the algo’s and is appreciated more than you could imagine!•••Check out my trip to America to meet Congressman Tim Burchett 👀 https://youtu.be/YGfZW_0Fxy0?feature=shared•••GOT A TIP?Reach out to us at: [email protected]•••Full audio and video episodes are published across Spotify and YouTube and clips shared on our Instagram. This is some of the most fascinating UFO footage I've seen in a while.Filmed over Long Beach, California, on 21 October 2017, the footage appears to show a large, bright, egg-shaped UFO seemingly releasing dozens of smaller orbs into the atmosphere.According to the man who captured it, known on X as Jim Films UFOs, he initially spotted two objects crossing paths before focusing his camera on the larger one. What happened next is pretty extraordinary. As he zoomed in using his full-spectrum infrared camera, the object appeared to begin ejecting smaller spheres, initially forming a triangular formation before releasing what he estimates to be at least 40 individual orbs.Interestingly, Jim claims these smaller objects were only visible through his infrared camera. In this video, I share the original footage, make some basic adjustments to the contrast and colours (no AI upscaling), and take a closer look at what appears to be happening.I also revisit two fascinating UFO cases from New Zealand, including footage captured by Elliot Howie in Christchurch showing a strangely shaped object seemingly releasing smaller objects, and imagery captured by Ray Hermans showing unusual egg-shaped objects in the sky.Could these sightings be connected? Are we looking at something similar, or is there a more conventional explanation?I'd love to hear what you think in the comments.Want to support the channel?
