What’s the difference between conscious and subconscious? Most of us probably think we have an idea but in reality, the subconscious isn’t just some massive, unexplored expanse that we have no control over. In fact, the subconscious makes up nearly 90% of your mind, meaning that it actually has far more drive in your life than any other area of your brain—and there’s no reason for it to be scary.
Today, we’re talking to Reiki master, hypnotherapist, and author Kristin Dwan. Kristin is also the owner of The Healing Woods where she practices Reiki and hypnotherapy over Zoom with clients the world over. Her goal is to lead people through shadow work to make sure that their subconscious mind is in alignment with their conscious desires.
