(Mine was "money is evil and rich people are greedy") How "people like me don't deserve nice things" shows up in tiny ways — my filthy-plastic-cup story Why every belief has roots: the childhood experience or generational imprint underneath it A guided somatic healing: locate where the belief lives in your body, ask that part what it needs to feel safe, and make it a promise Why you must keep the promise your part asked for — the real-world action that bridges old belief to new How to choose a money mantra and use it to retrain your brain's filter for opportunity This isn't repeating "I'm rich" into a mirror. This is finding the wound that made wealth feel unsafe, healing it at the root, and only then planting the affirmation — in soil that can finally hold it.
