In this episode of The Bible Show, Sam and Will walk through Leviticus 16 and explore how Yom Kippur’s high priest, sacrifices, mercy seat, scapegoat, cleansing rituals, and temple imagery point forward to the work of Jesus. Along the way, they connect the Old Testament ceremony with Gethsemane, Barabbas, the crucifixion, the empty tomb, Hebrews, and ancient Jewish traditions surrounding the temple.
