Tommy Bracco on Big Brother Secrets, Broadway & the Surgery That Could Have Ended His Career
Legally GoffShow Notes
Big Brother fan favorite and Broadway performer Tommy Bracco joins Brooke Goff for a candid conversation about reality TV, Broadway, authenticity and the moments that changed his life.
Tommy takes us behind the scenes of his time on Big Brother, including what really happened surrounding his eviction, what viewers never got to see and his frustration with being reduced to the stereotypical “funny gay guy” through reality TV editing.
He also opens up about his Broadway career, from making his debut in Disney’s Newsies to performing in Pretty Woman: The Musical and The Heart of Rock and Roll, and explains what life as a working Broadway performer is actually like.
Then Tommy shares the incredible story of discovering a tumor in his spinal canal, being warned that surgery could leave him unable to walk, and spending years searching for a doctor who could help him preserve his ability to dance.
Plus, Tommy talks Dancing with the Stars, The Traitors, his dream roles and why he continues to say yes to whatever comes next.
