An Evening with Thomas Raggi of Måneskin – Stepping Into the Spotlight on the Sunset Strip

In this intimate backstage conversation, filmed on the Sunset Strip just hours before his solo show at the legendary Whisky a Go Go, Allison Hagendorf sits down with Thomas Raggi for a rare, reflective look at the moment he steps fully into his own.

Shot in the glow of one of rock’s most iconic streets, this unfiltered hang captures Thomas on the brink of history. Debuting Masquerade, his first solo album, with his name alone on the marquee, after playing stadiums and arenas around the world.

Thomas opens up about:

⚡️ Stepping into his solo identity with Masquerade

⚡️ Collaborating with Tom Morello, and what he learned about instinct, vision, and trusting the first take

⚡️ Writing and recording at Henson Studios, surrounded by rock history

⚡️ Working with Beck, Chad Smith, Nick Zinner, Matt Sorum, and a cross-generational lineup of collaborators

⚡️ The story behind “Getcha,” “For Nothing,” and “Keep The Pack”

⚡️ Singing and playing guitar at the same time and finding his voice

⚡️ His earliest influences, vinyl records, and falling in love with rock through his father

⚡️ Why rock music represents freedom, creatively and emotionally

⚡️ Growing alongside his bandmates while each explores their own solo path

⚡️ What he’d tell the younger version of himself who was just trying to be seen

⚡️ What he hopes fans feel when they hear Masquerade live for the first time

This is Thomas Raggi like you’ve never seen him, grounded, passionate, vulnerable, and fully connected to the spirit of rock and roll.

A celebration of legacy, evolution, and the courage to follow what you love, loudly, honestly, and without limits. 🎸🔥
