Show Notes
This month on the SUNANDBASS Podcast, we’ve got something special in store…. Manchester’s own DJ Jim Bane.
A long-time resident at Soul:ution, Jim shared stages with legends like Marcus Intalex, Goldie, A Guy Called Gerald, Roni Size, and more. Regularly performing at the legendary Band on the Wall parties and spending over 20 years behind the counter at Eastern Bloc Records, Jim is a true digger with a deep knowledge of dubplates and dancefloor gems. His versatility as a DJ is second to none. We're honoured to welcome him to the SUNANDBASS Podcast with a mix full of classics and tracks that inspire him, sounds that connect deeply with the spirit of SAB.
“Huge shout to Zar for asking me to put this together. SUNANDBASS holds a special place in my heart — this is a huge honour. Massive thanks to DRS for blessing me with a vocal drop for this mix, the voice of Soul:ution & Space Cadet, the best in the business! This drum & bass music will always excite and inspire me. Forever chasing goosebumps. I hope you all enjoy this mix as much as I did putting it together. Big shout to Stefano and the crew!”
