Why do the same patterns keep showing up in your relationships, money, career, and self-worth, even when you consciously want something different?

Cathy sits down with manifestation mentor Ariana Del Rosario, also known as CosmicAry, to talk about the identity and nervous system patterns underneath the life we create.

Ariana breaks down her mirror principle, why changing the person, job, or circumstance doesn’t always change the pattern, and how childhood beliefs and emotional wounds can shape what feels safe to receive. She also shares how she went from making $500 a month and sleeping on a yoga mat to building a thriving business by making what she calls identity-level choices.

Cathy opens up about her own fear of being fully seen in love and the childhood experience that taught her she wasn’t enough.

This episode is for anyone who knows what they want but keeps getting pulled back into the same patterns, and is ready to stop choosing from fear and start living from a deeper sense of trust, safety, and self-worth.
