Show Notes
Marks tells us about how he tried to overcome his nervousness about flying with the help of a course called Flying With Confidence. He says that one three people have a fear of flying. Did he receive a sympathetic ear? Not so much after he happened to bring his ex into the conversation. And make-up artist extraordinaire, Paula Callan called in to the studio for a chat. Paula has been there on so many big moments in my career, and it was so nice to catch up. She had us in stitches telling us about the (booze-related) pitfalls that await even the most organised brides on their big day!

More from Doireann and Friends
Our final episode! It's been a mini series of Doireann and Friends, have a listen to this episode where I explain why. Thank you to my Mom Clare for joining me once again...even though she was a "nervous wreck"! And thank you for all of the love this season.
Welcome back! The one and only Aisling Bonner joins me on Doireann and Friends today. It's been a whopper year for the breakfast radio queen and so I thought it was about time we had a proper catch up. I also give an update on life and podcast plans.I hope you enjoy the listen! I’m back in the land of the living (having missed the heatwave, raging) and back with Allison Keating, too. Another Doireann and Friends OG! We talk about the differences between post natal anxiety and post natal depression, “Skinny Tok” and how to navigate sticky sibling conversations. Follow Allison on Instagram - @thepractical.psychologist. For enquiries regarding therapy, you can email [email protected] Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Greetings from Nice! The beauty of being able to pack the microphone, a fantastic perk! Before heading away, I sat down with my great old friend and confidante, Carl Mullan. We chat almost daily via WhatsApp but a catch up face to face was way overdue. We caught up on all that we’ve been up to since working together and Carl got refreshingly candid about life as a parent. I hope you love it. Hosted on Acast. Welcome back. We go again! Thank you for the feedback to last week's episode. It is so good to be podcasting again and your messages make it all the better. This week I am joined by Trisha Lewis - aka @trishastransformation on social media. I just love chatting to her. Every time I meet her, she is even more honest, raw and hilarious than the last time. Her episode of The Laughs of your Life podcast is one of my favourites of all time (if you haven't listened to that and need a HOWL, I highly recommend). Four and a half years on, so much has changed for Trisha, from career leaps to camino triumphs and venturing into the world of dating. I hope you enjoy the chat! Hosted on Acast.
