The Scott Adams School - 09/08/26 Joel Pollak Drops In With Erica & Marcela

## ☕ The Scott Adams School — Tuesday, September 8, 2026

Today at **The Scott Adams School**, **Joel Pollak stops by** to catch up with **Erica and Marcella**.

We’ll talk with Joel about **what happens next with the Scott Adams biography he’s writing**, where things stand in the process, and what he’s learning as the project moves forward.

We’ll also get into what’s happening with the **California Post**, the aftermath of the **Palisades fires**, and the rebuilding effort in California. Plus, Erica and Marcela will hit some of the **news and current events of the day**, because apparently the world remains stubbornly committed to providing material.

### ☕ A few Scott Adams School reminders:

* **Be kind and respectful** to the hosts, guests, and everyone participating in the chat. * The **Scott Adams moderation team is watching the chat.** Personal attacks, antagonism, or making yourself the story may result in being muted or blocked. * Debate the **ideas**, not the people. * **Language can get spicy.** Consider yourself warned. * Please **like, subscribe, share the show, and hit the thumbs-up**, including if you’re watching on replay. * Check out the **official Scott Adams merchandise** while supplies last. * And **tell a friend**, because **Walter Kirn joins us tomorrow!**

Grab your coffee, prepare your beverage of choice, and get ready for the **Simultaneous Sip.**
