Selma Blair Arrested After Plane Freakout: Flight Attendants Assaulted, Court Audio & What Happened

Today on The Georgio Says Podcast, Georgio Takounakis breaks down the shocking arrest of actress Selma Blair following an uncontrollable, violent mid-air meltdown on a Delta flight from Los Angeles to New York's JFK airport. From reports of kicking, biting, and assaulting flight attendants mid-air to attacking a Port Authority police officer on the tarmac and kicking a nurse in the chest at the hospital, Georgio pulls no punches analyzing the disturbing police reports and court arraignment audio.

While the internet and Hollywood commentators rush to blame her 2018 Multiple Sclerosis (MS) diagnosis, Georgio offers a candid counter-perspective: examining how mismanagement or withdrawal of psychiatric prescriptions, mixing alcohol at high altitudes, and sheer Hollywood privilege play into this pattern—recalling her nearly identical 2016 flight incident from Cancun. Georgio speaks up for the real victims of this ordeal: the underpaid flight attendants who had to endure physical violence at 35,000 feet, the officers, and the medical staff who were subjected to trauma while just trying to do their jobs.

Plus, we discuss why commercial flights shouldn't become arenas for celebrity entitlement and what real accountability looks like moving forward.
