My body is getting ready for me to enter into multiple sources of activations /triggers this weekend. I'm working to tell her it's okay - and that the new version of self is totally welcome to show up. I guess we will see!!! Ah!! It has been an INCREDIBLE journey (up and down, sideways and face-planted, broken as well as thriving). I am saying ciao for now for this podcast and am moving forward to expand my soul and love in the spiritual realm.
