In 2006, Douglas Knake fell into a three-day coma from meningococcal meningitis, a Glasgow score of three, where doctors say virtually no one survives, and woke up with 30 years of his memory erased, believing it was 1969 and not recognizing his wife, his children, or his own life.
In the near death experience he had during that coma, darkness, heaven, and God showing him how our choices ripple through every life they touch, he was sent back with a purpose: to relearn who he was and fall in love with his wife all over again.
