A Family of Sasquatch and Something That Wasn’t a Sasquatch - Bigfoot Eyewitness Episode 547

Tonight’s guest, Nick Pool, grew up on a farm in the hills of western Kentucky. As a kid, one of the things he looked forward to most was finally being old enough to deer hunt with his father and brother. His father had promised him that when he turned 11, he'd be old enough to join them.
Bright and early on the second day of deer season, shortly after Nick's 11th birthday, his father walked him out to a tree stand Nick had built in a large section of woods near the family farm. Hidden within those woods was a secluded field, making it an ideal place to hunt. Nick settled into his stand before sunrise, and not long after the sun came up, he began hearing strange sounds. Immediately on high alert, he scanned the woods, trying to figure out what was making them.
It wasn't long before he found out—and what he saw left him in complete shock. Standing before him was a 9-foot-tall Sasquatch!
That incredible encounter wasn't the only experience Nick had with the family of Sasquatch that lived in the woods surrounding his family's farm. Over the years, he had many more encounters with them and eventually came to enjoy seeing them. Years later, however, he had a very different kind of experience—one involving another undocumented creature he encountered on a lonely back road. Unlike his Sasquatch encounters, this one wasn't enjoyable at all. In fact, that encounter is one of the reasons why Nick refuses to be in the woods alone, after dark now.

Tonight’s guest, Arthur Wach, had his first Sasquatch sighting in 1977, when he was 13 years old. He was fishing on the Platte River near Gothenburg, Nebraska, with his dad and brother. Arthur’s dad was about 50 feet down the bank from him, and his brother was about 50 feet beyond their dad.

Tonight’s guest, James Lady, grew up in the glacial moraines of southern Ohio before moving to Michigan in midlife. In mid-September of 2016, James headed into the woods of southern Ohio with one goal: to finally see a Sasquatch. On the seventh day, he got his wish.
Tonight’s guest, Kenny Allison, is a self-described avid outdoorsman who has been hunting and fishing for about as long as he can remember. The Sasquatch encounter he had in 1973, while he was laying in bed, didn’t frighten him out of the woods, but he thinks about Sasquatch almost any time he heads into the woods, to this day.
Tonight’s first guest, Mark Peak, had his first Sasquatch sighting in North Idaho, at the base of HooDoo Mountain. It happened one summer while he was out walking his dog. When Mark first spotted the Sasquatch, he thought he was looking at a man wearing a white sweatshirt, but it didn’t take long for him to realize just how wrong he was.
