I'm 48 and I have not had a facelift. Everyone in my comments is convinced I have. I haven't. A few weeks ago I showed you everything I do in an office to hold one off, and these are the 10 things I do at home... the skincare order, the devices, and the one hormone I put on my own face that holds off a facelift with no provider and no appointment. Things I Mentioned: Rewritten Show The Face Up Serum. The serum I built when I turned 40 and refused to disappear. ELTA MD. The sunscreen I wear every single day. NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Lipid 1% (CAIL). The topical copper peptide GHK-Cu I press in. Medik8 Liquid Peptides Advanced MP Face Serum. The Matrixyl peptide I layer with it. Skinceuticals 1% Retinol Cream. The retinol I started on before tretinoin. Dermaflash. The dermaplaning tool I use. La Roche Posay Cicaplast Balm. The barrier balm I slug with. ZIIP Halo and Nuface Trinity. The two microcurrent devices I use. Omnilux's Contour Neck & Décolleté and Red LED Light Face Mask or Current Body Red Light Mask. The red light masks I use. Nira Pro 3 Laser. The at-home laser on my bathroom counter.
This one is for every woman who keeps getting told her only options are a surgeon or aging gracefully. I'm a skincare founder and a clinical nutritionist, and I've spent $1.3 million figuring out what actually works on a face. First I show you the exact order everything goes on, and why the order matters more than the products. I get into the cells that are actually aging your face and why you cannot scrub them off, the retinoid ladder that explains why so many of you quit tretinoin, and the dermaplaning that surprised me more than anything else at home. Then I walk through the three at-home devices that earned their spot, the microcurrent setting almost everyone gets wrong, the red light mask I never skip, and the laser that lives on my bathroom counter. And then the foundation underneath all of it, including the hormone I put on my own face that starts a fight in the comments every single time.

I'm 49, and these are the 10 things I actually do that make me look and feel hot AF after 40. Some of them are about my skin, my clothes, and my heels. The one that made the biggest difference has nothing to do with Botox, filler, treatments, or anything I can buy. Want Your Free Personalized Hot AF Plan? Take the quiz Join The Vanity Club. Under-eye filler was the wrong fix for almost everything I was actually trying to fix, and I found that out after years and a stupid amount of money spent on my own face. What most people call under-eye aging is really five completely different problems, hollowing, darkness, crepey skin, fine lines, and true bags, and filler is only built for one of them. This is exactly what I do instead now, and how to figure out which under-eye problem is actually yours before you spend a dollar. Things I Mentioned: Rewritten Show The Face Up serum My eye retinol My peptide eye cream My at-home radiofrequency device
If I had to start over at 40, knowing everything I know now after spending $1.3 million on beauty, these are the ten things I'd do first, in the order that actually works. This is the anti-aging roadmap for women over 40 I wish someone had handed me, and no, Botox isn't one of them.
