Show Notes
In this season finale episode of Season 2, Justine talks about self-care. Recognising when it's time to put yourself first. What self-care means really, and why it matters so much. Juggling so many balls as she does each day, and coming to realise her own limitations, that you have to put the mask on yourself, in order to look after everyone else properly, but most of all, you. After many years of not doing this, having the affect it has on her body in various ways, that it's ultimately not worth jeopardising your own health, learning to stop and down tools, is far more important as there's only one you. This is also a recap on the season and how poignant the episode subjects have been, in shaping the past year both for Justine, and yourselves too. To remind you to keep marching to the beat of your own drum, removing those naysayers, powering forward and embracing change, and giving yourself the love you need and deserve too.
