Show Notes
Every person experiences a need for healing whether it is physical, mental, or spiritual. Sr. Mary Grace, Sr. Ann Immaculée, and Sr. Marie Veritas explore the need for healing and why the Eucharist is the greatest source of healing. Using personal stories and reflections on Scripture, the Sisters encourage each of us to seek healing from God so that we may enter into great union with him.
This season of Let Love is produced in collaboration with Ascension.

More from Let Love
Fear can easily take our gaze off of God and leave us feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the future. The Sisters share practical ways to choose faith over fear—from prayer and Scripture to the sacraments, friendship, the intercession of the saints, and remembering our identity and dignity as beloved children of God.
What does it look like to choose courage when fear is real? The Sisters explore how the saints teach us to live with courage—not only in extraordinary moments, but in the ordinary, everyday choices to trust God and say yes. From the Blessed Ulma family and St. Josephine Bakhita to St. John Henry Newman, St. Zélie Martin, and others, the lives of the saints teach us how the Holy Spirit coaches us to courageously take the next step toward Jesus.
What does Jesus really mean when he says, "Be perfect as your heavenly Father is perfect" (Matthew 5:48)? In a culture that equates perfection with flawless performance, the Sisters explore the freedom of authentic Christian perfection—a life rooted not in achievement, but in receiving the Father's love and learning to love as Christ loves. Discover how God uses our weaknesses, failures, and imperfections not as obstacles to holiness, but as the very places where his grace transforms us into saints.
How do we face suffering without letting fear isolate us? The Sisters emphasize the beauty and power of communion while navigating the trials of life. They remind us that authentic relationships with the Lord and with others strengthen us and transform our experience of suffering.
The Bible is filled with unlikely heroes—but what made them so brave? The Sisters explore some of the most courageous men and women in Scripture, revealing that true bravery is not fearlessness but trusting God enough to take the next faithful step. From Abraham and Rahab to Esther, Daniel, the Blessed Mother, and many others, these figures reveal the power of drawing our strength from God in the hardest moments.
