in conversation with the Auditor General | sgwrs gyda'r Archwilydd Cyffredinol Gan droi at atebion ym mhennod 3, mae Adrian yn galw am bwyslais craff ar hanfodion: llywodraethu cryf, trawsnewid digidol, cynllunio'r gweithlu, a rheoli asedau yn well. Mae'n pwysleisio'r angen am ddata dibynadwy i brofi gwerth am arian ac yn annog arweinwyr i gofleidio meddwl yn yr hirdymor, wedi'i arwain gan Ddeddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau'r Dyfodol – deddfwriaeth arloesol sydd eto i gyflawni ei photensial mewn gwirionedd.
