Matthew Golden headlines the risers after another strong performance convinced all three hosts that his breakout is no longer a small sample. His dynasty ranking is climbing quickly as he continues producing in Green Bay's pass-heavy offense.

Omar Cooper Jr. offers another intriguing ceiling after flashing the same playmaking ability that made him exciting as a prospect. Meanwhile, Germie Bernard delivered a massive PPR performance, although the guys debate whether his current production creates a better selling opportunity than long-term breakout signal.

Josh Downs continues receiving opportunities without turning them into consistent fantasy production, while Sam Darnold has struggled through a rough stretch.

The biggest concern may be Cam Skattebo, whose role disappeared completely after already showing signs of slipping in the Giants' backfield.
