019: Hierarchy Is a Hallucination: Why Flattening It Unlocks Real Leadership

You have been participating in a story that is not nearly as solid as it looks. Hierarchy was never about structure or leadership. It was always about ranking humans. And once you see that, you cannot unsee it.

In this solo episode, I trace the word hierarchy back to its Greek roots, expose where the corporate org chart breaks down in real life, and challenge the myth that flattening hierarchy creates chaos. Whether you are leading a team, building a business, or moving through a family system, this conversation will rearrange how you think about authority, contribution, and influence.

This is for the visionary leaders ready to stop posturing, stop shrinking, and start building rooms where everyone stands fully. There is no throne. There is no pedestal. There is only the exchange.
