This week Christy sits down with the very accomplished Aimée-Louise Carton. The founder of KeepAppy and one of Ireland's leading welbeing advocates.
Following a suicide attempt, she has used her pain and recovery to found Europe’s fastest growing wellness platform KeepAppy, the wellness app and mental health gym. She uses her mental health journey to connect and empower individuals to take control of their own mental health.
KeepAppy offers users a wide variety of features that act as 'gym' equipment, allowing users to take control of their mental health and make mental health treatment more accessible to all. They don't claim to be a cure for mental illness but a service that can help support the medical treatment while also allowing everyone to be more proactive with their mental health exercise!
Christy and Aimée discuss her mental health journey that inspired KeepAppy, the background of the app and how it works and her views on mental health treatment and the future of the industry. You don't want to miss this!
