Story Transcript:

He: היום היה יום כיפור. En: Today was Yom Kippur.

He: איתן עמד מול המחסן הנטוש, ליד השדה היבש. En: Eitan stood in front of the abandoned warehouse, next to the dry field.

He: העלים כתומים התעופפו ברוח הסתיו, והוא חשב על כל השנה שחלפה. En: The orange leaves were fluttering in the autumn breeze, and he was thinking about the year that had passed.

He: הוא ידע שבאיחור צריך לבקש סליחה מנועה על כך שלא היה שם בשנה שעברה. En: He knew it was long overdue to ask for forgiveness from Noa for not being there last year.

He: המחסן היה ריק, עם עמודי ברזל חלודים וחלונות מכוסים אבק. En: The warehouse was empty, with rusty iron pillars and windows covered in dust.

He: לבסוף, הניח את הטלפון וחזר לנועה. En: Finally, he hung up the phone and returned to Noa.

He: "הם בדרך," אמר בטון מרגיע. En: "They’re on their way," he said in a reassuring tone.
