In Times of Dragons First Responses: Part 1 - Alone with Disc A
Drive All Night: The Songs of Tori AmosShow Notes
It’s In Times of Dragons Release Week, and the wait is almost over! Instead of trying to fit everything into a single response episode, we’re approaching this as a three-part series. Over the course of the week, you’ll hear from us, from various members of the Tori community, and from a group of voices we specifically wanted in conversation with this incredible new record.
In Part One, we spend quality time with Disc A and share our first responses. We follow the themes as they begin to emerge, and start to unpack what a “dragon” might represent in the rich and complex tale that Tori has woven.
The beginning of an album cycle is always an exciting time, and bringing voices from the community into the conversation is our way of sharing in that excitement.

Choosing just 63 moments proved impossible, so instead, we’re bringing you as many as we could, celebrating the good, the better, and the very best of Tori Amos live.

Earlier this week you heard from Efrain, David, and other voices in the queer community - and now it's time to hear from a different group of voices whom we specifically wanted in conversation with this incredible new record.
