This is a reflection episode and a conversation about planning for 2026 in business. I wanted to slow things down, look back properly, and ask better questions before moving forward. Questions about what you have actually achieved, where you might not be giving yourself enough credit, and what winning really looks and feels like for you next year. We talk about simplicity, letting go of chaos, and why making things harder than they need to be can feel familiar, even when it is no longer serving you. I share what I am choosing to say no to in my own business, how I am creating more ease, and why planning for 2026 in business does not have to mean doing more. I also share a personal moment that reminded me how quickly we can make things mean something they do not, and why asking what your future self’s future self would think can cut through overthinking fast. If you are ready to make clearer decisions, back yourself more, and move into 2026 feeling steadier and more intentional then have a listen. This episode is not a goodbye so stay tuned for more in the future. In the meantime you can find me on instagram on the links below. Be back soon C x
2025 has been a whirlwind in my business, and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on everything that’s happened this year. In this episode, I share my a reflection on my business growth, the wins, the lessons, the moments that stretched me and the risks that paid off. From networking every week to launching the Embody Mastermind, getting my own office, and stepping into bigger opportunities, this year has been about showing up, backing myself and embracing the energy that fuels real growth. I also share the challenges, illness, injuries and the times I’ve had to step back to recharge, because growth isn’t always glamorous, and acknowledging the tricky parts is just as important as celebrating the wins. I’m sharing all of this because I want you to see what’s possible when you commit to your business and your own growth. This isn’t just a highlight reel, it’s real, messy, challenging and full of lessons that can help you in your own journey. I hope to give you permission to celebrate your wins, learn from the tricky moments and step into 2026 with clarity, confidence and the belief that you can create the results you want in your business too. Will 2026 be the year you back yourself?
I see you! You’re a busy parent, a mum or dad with big business dreams, big ambitions for your life and your family’s life, but let’s be real… you’re busy, right? I get it! That’s why in this episode of No Rest For The Vivid Business, I’m sharing my three absolute favourite time-saving hacks that will change the game for you! We’re talking about how to stop running in circles, get the important stuff done, and stop wasting energy on the little things that don’t move your business forward. I’m giving you practical tips that I use in my own life.
In this episode I’m talking about one of the most powerful lessons I’ve ever learned: you get to decide. You have the power to choose the next step, the next level of your business, and the future version of yourself. This episode is all about taking ownership, letting go of self doubt, and stepping fully into your potential. I share my personal journey from teaching to running my own business, the mindset shifts that allowed me to remove Plan B entirely, and how making decisions with confidence has transformed both my results and my energy. You’ll hear real-life examples of how I manifested opportunities and cash flow simply by deciding it was already happening.
A marketing strategy can feel like one of those things you know you should have, but you have no clue how to actually put together. In this episode, I’m stripping it back, keeping it simple, and giving you a way to create a marketing strategy that actually works for your business, without spinning yourself out or needing a full-blown expert (unless, of course, you are one). We go through the Warrior Boss Method, which is my framework for building unstoppable self-belief in business. You’ll hear why the thing you do better than anyone else is at the heart of your marketing strategy, and how to turn that into content pillars that actually make sense. Funnels, content ideas, offers, pillars. I break it all down in a way that won’t make your brain explode. By the end of this episode, you’ll have a way to zoom out, get clear, and start showing up in your marketing with confidence, energy, and clarity. You might even find yourself thinking, “Okay, I can do this without losing my mind.”
