The Oilers made a trade this morning that sent Spencer Stastney to Pittsburgh in exchange for Filip Hallander, and while I've never heard of this new friend before today, that didn't stop me from gushing about him anyway. I also looked at the Oilers' Cali road trip, Devon Levi getting the start, and how insane it is that Evan Bouchard keeps getting disrespected around the NHL. Well... I sure was excited about the Oilers' season opener until, well... it started. At the same time, losing 6-5 in OT to a terrible team kinda felt like home, ya know?
