7 Traits of Truly Confident Leaders

How do you build confidence in others so they can lead at their level? In this episode, the team breaks down decentralized command, the power of explaining the Why, and how clearly defined roles and responsibilities prevent dropped balls and duplicate work. We cover practical coaching tactics—asking earnest questions, teaching people to detach and think strategically, and using planning, preparation, and rehearsals to grow capability without crushing confidence. Includes real examples from Echelon Front operations, event planning, and leading at home with kids. If you want a culture where everyone leads, this is your playbook for extreme ownership in business, teams, and family life.
