Show Notes
Hello detectives! We are about to wrap recordings on season 2--in fact, we invite you to join us on September 28th as we take over the Fable and Folly Instagram account and take you inside our final recording of the season! In the meantime, however, we want to invite you to check out a fantastic show called Divorce Ranch! Not only is Divorce Ranch a full cast, grand-scale whodunit, and not only is it a show that toes the line between comedy and drama, and not only is it a contained, under-3-hour story with a second season soon to come—it also takes an irreverent look at history that is both authentic and fresh, with new, modern perspectives on a the past about the people who get left in the margins of history. For listeners of Fawx & Stallion that like any and all of those things in our show, we think you will love Divorce Ranch. In fact, we’re so sure of it that we’re sharing their first episode on the feed today. From our detectives to theirs, we hope you enjoy.

More from Fawx & Stallion
Something a bit different for your feed today, detectives! In honor of our season 3 Kickstarter, we're bringing you a very special episode of our Patreon-only unscripted series, CinEnigmas - on the main feed for free! Once a month, Ian, Lauren, and some occasional special guests and friends of the show, are examining what makes a good MYSTERY MOVIE (or tv show)! From the highest highs to the lowest lows, we are examining mystery storytelling, mystery solving, and the elements of making a detective for cinema. In this episode, we're talking Sherlock Holmes (2009), the first of the Guy Ritchie Holmes series!
Our season 3 Kickstarter is live! Fawx & Stallion is a comedy-mystery podcast about the best detective team in London! Not that one. The other one. Across the street, and slightly to the left, at 224B Baker Street. We've successfully solved two mysteries, and we'll need your help to get a crack at a third! Scripts are written, pre-production has begun, and all we need is the funding to make this show's engine start in earnest!
Hello Detectives! Today we are delighted to introduce you to The Lion and the Adder, who are wrapping up their crowdfund soon and need our help to produce this season of top-tier historical detective-based audio fiction! (Check out their crowdfund HERE RIGHT HERE.)
Today, Gabriel Urbina drops by 224B to chat about his brand new show, The Harbingers, which co-stars our very own Lauren Grace Thompson! The first three episodes are available RIGHT NOW wherever you listen to podcasts, and we are delighted to share the first episode with you today!
Well, hello there Detectives! TA;DL (Too Annoying, Didn’t Listen) Fawx & Stallion is joining the myriad other podcasts on your feed and starting a Patreon!
