Episode 9: Towards the Beginning of All Music

September 10, 1885

My dear Victoria,

It’s so quiet out here. I desperately miss the bustling streets of Portland, being surrounded by life and humanity as I go about my day. The house is lovely, though. As much as I miss Portland, I don’t miss our old home. Too full of memories.

A retired journalist moves to a small town on the Oregon coast after her husband passes away, and slowly realizes that her house might not be as safe as she assumed.
