It’s my favourite time of the year and for our Halloween special, I’ve been joined by a REAL treat… Mr Mind Control himself, Derren Brown! You might know Derren for predicting the lottery or convincing someone they’d woken up in an apocalypse. I knew him as the man I thought had watched my Royal Variety performance in complete confusion. Turns out he actually enjoyed it, so we’re off to a good start!

We talk about the things we bury and why they hold so much power, whether we can ever really know someone, and what scares a man who’s made a career out of messing with our minds. Derren also opens up about sexuality, religion and why a meaningful life needs a little sadness.
