More from Unlocking Kingdom Hearts
Cameron, Jonathon, Alexa, and Kevin discuss the final pieces of the puzzle before the long awaited Kingdom Hearts III, the canceled sequel to Birth by Sleep and the introduction to key characters that affect Kingdom Hearts III and the series moving forward in Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover.
The final act of the Dark Seeker Saga has begun! Cameron, Jonathon, Alexa, and Kevin discuss how the franchise at large fundamentally changes during the events of Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, bringing a divisive split of uncertainty and excitement across many fans of the series and how those feelings lead us into the climatic chapter of Kingdom Hearts III.
Cameron, Alexa, and Kevin discuss the notoriously middling Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded and how it doesn’t get enough credit despite not having a major role in the series at large while also setting up the final act of the Dark Seeker Saga.
Cameron, Jonathon, and Kevin talk about how Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep works so well as a prequel, the idea of hope when all feels lost, its history on the PSP, and what could have been if it were treated like a mainline series title.
Cameron, Jonathon, Alexa, and Kevin dive into the full story of Roxas, Axel, and Xion by discussing the complications of emotions, what it means to be whole, and how 358/2 Days serves as both a contained experience, but also an integral part of the Kingdom Hearts story so far.
