Sakina grew up Catholic in a tiny Ontario town, questioning the Trinity as a kid and watching her parents quietly admit the Bible had been changed. Decades later, after finding the Quran, taking shahada in a park, and building a life of faith, she faced the hardest test any revert can face: losing both parents to cancer without them ever accepting Islam, including her mother's choice to use Canada's MAID program. This is a story about grief, steadfastness, and finding Allah's support when no one else has walked your exact path.-Get a FREE $10 when you start investing with Wahed and use code "CANYON".
