Think2Thrive 'unplugged'

Show Notes

On this months episode I had great fun speaking with Judith and Jan Gitschel.

These guys are amazing and spend their lives doing what many people aspire to, living and working while traveling around the world! Currently in the Mediterranean!

But is wasn't always like that, they both grew up in Germany with a lot of the same mental programming that you may also have!

Judith's background is in medicine and has spent 30+ years as a Manifestation Coach! Ever since finding the first books on her mothers bookshelf at the age of 14. Over the years she has worked with 1000's of people dealing with Burnout, Depression, Anxiety etc.

Jan comes from a traditional, former East Germany background, and has worked in the IT industry. He continues to do so now, but as a freelancer which allows them the freedom to have their ideal lifestyle!

It was a real pleasure to listen to how they managed to break free from these old conditions, how it felt, to how their life now allows them the freedom to be, do and have exactly what they desire the most!

You're gonna love this one, I know I really did!

If it resonates with you and you want to find out more about Judith and Jan, or even to be coached by Judith, then you can reach out to them here: [email protected] To find out more about the game that they have developed (USA only for now) matchandalign.com

Welcome to The Mindset Reset, a new short monthly episode from Think2Thrive. Each month, I’ll be sharing a focused 10–15 minute solo episode on mindset, personal growth, and the hidden patterns that shape our results. In this first episode, we’re looking at one powerful idea: your results are not random. Whether it’s your business, confidence, health, money, or personal life, your current results are usually giving you feedback. They are showing you the thoughts, choices, behaviours, and patterns that have been repeated over time. And once you understand the pattern, you can begin to change it. Make sure to subscribe and follow Think2Thrive for more monthly mindset resets and deeper conversations on becoming the person you are truly capable of becoming.
