Steve co-wrote Mental - a book that helps people actually keep their mental health - and he’s a regular in the media — where he somehow manages to make psychiatry sound fun.
Put simply: he’s the kind of bloke you’d trust with your brain, your heart, and maybe even your Netflix password.
