In this conversation, you'll discover: Why your achievement addiction is actually a fear response in disguise How play unlocks the creative parts of yourself productivity destroys The real reason you can't rest (and how to finally stop running)
When was the last time you did something just because it was fun? Not because it would advance your career. Not because it would make you a better parent or partner. Not because it would optimize your health or expand your network. Just because it brought you joy. If you're sitting there drawing a blank, you're not alone. Most of us have turned our entire lives into one giant to-do list. We've optimized the fun right out of existence. I realized this recently when I noticed that every single thing on my calendar served a purpose. Work meetings. Kid activities. Workouts. Networking events. Even my "fun" plans were really just relationship maintenance or personal development in disguise. There was literally nothing on there that was pure play. Nothing that existed just because it lit me up inside. We've been sold this idea that adulthood means being serious. Responsible. Productive. But somewhere along the way, we confused being an adult with being joyless. In Vedic philosophy, there's this concept of lila. Divine play. The idea that creation itself is an act of joyful expression, not serious business. That the universe is literally playing itself into existence. And yet here we are, treating our one precious life like a performance review. Why can you feel completely alone even when a bunch of people love you? Luke Storey breaks down why loneliness has almost nothing to do with how many people are in your life and everything to do with how disconnected you've become from yourself. This conversation moves past the advice to build more community into what's actually happening when you feel alone in a crowd of thousands, inside your marriage, or standing in a mom group surrounded by people you like. Turns out, finding yourself matters more than finding more people. What you'll learn: Why crowds of people can still feel completely isolating How meditation became the one place Luke never feels alone Why endless self-work can quietly become its own isolation

Keltie Knight breaks down why swallowing your anger to keep the peace leaves the fight running in your head at 3 a.m., and why spite has done more for her career than serenity ever did. Plus the 12-minute writing practice she uses to finally release it. Why does a fear from when you were six still decide how close you let people get? Dr. Jeff McNairy explains how ayahuasca reaches the fear your brain stored away in childhood, and why you can release it even when you can't remember where it came from. What you'll learn: How ayahuasca connects stored fear in the amygdala to awareness Why a vision isn't a memory, and what matters more The empath pattern that floods people in their late 30s Who should never drink ayahuasca, and why the vine matters
Why would meeting an extraterrestrial feel like you’re about to die? Darryl Anka has channeled Bashar for 42 years. He breaks down what open contact could actually look like and why the fear it stirs up has more to teach us than the ships do. This conversation goes past the UFO headlines into the beliefs that keep us choosing what hurts, and what getting ready looks like in an ordinary week. What you’ll learn: • Why ET contact can feel like facing your own death • Why Bashar says a staged alien invasion won’t hold up • The story a fear belief tells so you’ll stay stuck Darryl Anka started channeling Bashar after two broad daylight UFO sightings in 1973 sent him into ten years of research. He’s spent more than four decades sharing Bashar’s teachings on belief, passion, and humanity’s path toward open contact, and he’s candid about what he still wonders about himself. Why do men quit way more than women under pressure? Lindsay Crouse breaks down why refusing to quit almost never gets you what you actually want, whether that's a relationship, a career, or the habits running your day. She spent years reporting on elite endurance athletes before turning the same questions on her own life. This conversation goes beyond willpower advice into the neuroscience of why stopping feels like a threat to your survival, and the research on who actually benefits when you keep pushing through.
